The Fiat 500E and the Abarth 500C will be officially presented to the public this week during the 2012 SEMA Motor Show in Las Vegas.
According to the Italian based automaker, the Fiat 500E will be one of the three electric vehicles which will make their public debut at this year’s edition of the SEMA Motor Show. The carmaker didn’t announce anything official on the model just yet but we know from some spy pictures that it will look virtually identical to the regular version of the 500 model, with some revised bumpers and, of course, the 100 BHP (75 kW) electric motor and the lithium-ion battery.
Besides the Fiat 500E, the Abarth 500C will also make its debut during the 2012 SEMA Motor Show in Las Vegas and the model will get the same aggressive styling as its solid roof brother. Rumor has it that the Abarth 500C will get a 1.4 liter engine under its hood which will produce a total output of 160 BHP (119 kW) and 230 Nm of torque (170 lb-ft). Additional details on the two models are limited for the moment and will be announced during the North American automotive event in Vegas.
