Our spy photographers have managed to spot the upcoming Jeep Junior and the Fiat 500X on camera, in what seems to be cold weather testing, in the Scandinavian winter.
Fiat and Chrysler are getting ready to officially pull the wraps off a brand new crossover, which will be sold as the Jeep Junior and the Fiat 500X, but before this will happen, the two carmakers will have to make sure that everything is in its place so testing them on the road is the right thing to do. The images posted right after the jump have been provide by our spy photographers and they are showing the prototype in Scandinavian winter, while it was being tested.
The Fiat 500X and the Jeep Junior will ride on the Small Wide platform, once their final versions will be ready and they will have increased ride height, a familiar front fascia to resemble to the respective brand and new technologies. As far as the engine lineup goes, expect the 0.9 liter TwinAir Turbo with 105 HP, the 1.4 liter MultiAir Turbo with its 160 HP and the 1.6 liter turbo diesel MultiJet II, producing 105 HP. More details on the models in question are limited for the moment.
