The Fiat 500X has leaked once again ahead of its public debut which will take place next month, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
The newest crossover in the Fiat’s lineup, the 500X, is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of some new leaked images. The model in question has been pictured in a small city in the Tuscany region, in Italy, and it is looking very similar to its over-seas brother, the Jeep Renegade, coming in with plastic protective fascia and large stop lights.
The Fiat 500X will be riding on the same platform as the Jeep Renegade and it will be offered with a variety of four-cylinder MultiAir and MultiJet II engines under its hood, along with an optional four-wheel drive system and a standard six-speed manual transmission. Optionally, customers will be able to order the nine-speed automatic or the dual-clutch DDCT gearboxes too, for some extra money. The Fiat 500X will go on sale by the end of this year and it will become available in two trim levels, the Cross and the Urban, being priced from 18,000 euros. More details on it will be announced during the French automotive event.
