The Fiat 500XL has been recently spied inside the factory, where the model can be seen with absolutely no camouflage on its body.
The Fiat 500XL will probably be one of the last versions based on the regular 500 to be developed by the Italian based automaker and the model is now being placed into the spotlights thanks to an image, which is showing it in the factory with absolutely no camouflage on its body. The Fiat 500XL is the seven-seat version of the 500L and the model will be 200 mm longer (7.9 inches), which is the length of the third row of seats.
The Fiat 500XL is providing an extra 100 liters of cargo room behind the third row of seats and the engine lineup is expected to be carried over from its shorter brother. This means that it will get a 0.9 liter TwinAir Turbo gasoline with its 105 HP (74 kW) and 145 Nm of torque (107 lb-ft), a 1.6 liter MultiJet II turbo diesel producing 105 HP and 320 Nm of torque (236 lb-ft), a 1.4 liter gasoline and a 1.3 liter MultiJet. The Model will enter production in Serbia, Kragujevac, in May, and its first deliveries should start in July.
