Fiat has released the first images and details with the new Panda Trekking, which is a new version of the model combining the AWD and the regular Panda versions.
The Italian based automaker says that the new Fiat Panda Trekking is coming with an exterior look which tells you to take it off-roading but once you will leave the comfortable road you will regret it because the model doesn’t have all-wheel drive and power is being sent to the front wheels which should be quite intelligent because it’s wearing the Traction+ name. The Fiat Panda Trekking is coming with the same modifications and accessories like the AWD version but the only differences can be seen on the logos, on the rims and on the engine protection, which is missing in the Trekking.
The Fiat Panda Trekking is an CUV (City Utility Vehicle) which is aimed towards people who are mostly driving in the urban environment but also want to play a little off road too. The engine lineup found on the Fiat Panda Trekking includes a petrol, a diesel and an LPG, with the petrol coming as the 0.9L TwinAir Turbo with 85 HP and if you want to save some money you can choose the LPG on this version. Diesel lovers will get the 75 HP 1.3L engine. Fiat didn’t announce any pricing details on the Panda Trekking for the moment.
