The first teaser images with the all-new Fiat Viaggio have recently hit the web, ahead of the model’s official debut at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show later this month.
The Fiat Viaggio is basically a restyled and rebadged Dodge Dart, but the vehicle has a different front fascia than its American brother, coming with a new grille, reshaped headlamps, chrome trim, fog lamps and some other minor changes. The all-new Fiat Viaggio is expected to come in the same size as the new Ford Focus sedan with 4,670 mm in length and 1,830 mm in width, but before it will be launched across Europe, the model will be officially presented to the public later this month, at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show.
Even if the Italian based automaker Fiat has teased the new Viaggio, we still don’t have too much info on it, except some rumors which are saying that the model will come with the company’s 1.4 liter T-Jet engine in two outputs, with 120 horsepower and 155 lb-ft of torque and with 150 horsepower and 170lb-ft of torque. Besides this, the turbocharged MultiAir unit is expected to develop 160 HP and 184 lb-ft of torque, the same configuration as in the Dodge Dart. More details on the model will be released during the Chinese automotive event.
