Skoda has recently delivered its first unit of the 2013 Superb to Czech President Milos Zeman.
The Czech based automaker Skoda has recently delivered the first facelifted version of the Octavia to the country’s president, Milos Zeman, proving that the brand has what it takes. According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Skoda Superb in question is the Laurin & Klement version and, as you can see from the images posted below, the model is finished in black. The new presidential car has piano black trim, brown leather upholstery and ventilated / heated front seats, amongst others.
As for the engine, the 2013 Skoda Rapid presidential vehicle is powered by a 3.6 liter FSI V6 engine, which is producing a total output of 260 HP (191 kW) and it has a peak torque of 350 Nm (258 lb-ft). The unit is mated to a six-speed DSG transmission which is sending power to the all-wheel drive system. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is done in 6.4 seconds and it has a peak torque of 250 km/h (155 mph). You can check out the model in the images posted below.
