First unit of the Cadillac CT6 to be auctioned image

The first example of the 2016 Cadillac CT6 will be offered for auction in a couple of days at the Palm Beach collector car auction.

In case you are interested in the brand new range-topping Cadillac CT6 and you would like to own one as soon as possible, you should be ready to pay some big bucks for it because the first unit of the flagship sedan will be auctioned on the 17th of April. The action will take place at the Palm Beach collector car auction and the car itself will be getting a more upscale interior design, with metallic accents, carbon fiber or exotic wood trim, leather upholstery, a wireless smartphone charger, a center console mounted touchpad controller, a Wi-Fi hotspot, an OnStar 4G LTE and so on.

The vehicle will also get the 34-speaker Bose Panaray premium audio system, along with the Quadzone climate system, the Articulating rear seat package adding heating, cooling and massage functions to the rear seats and so on. A choice of three different engines will be offered under the hood and these will include the 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit, rated at 265 HP (198 kW), along with a 3.6 liter naturally aspirated V6, producing 335 HP (250 kW), and a range topping 3.0 liter V6 twin turbo, with 400 HP (298 kW). The units will be connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission and they could send power to the AWD system. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
