The all-new Fisker Project Nina, or Fisker Atlantic as it will be known, has leaked for the second time, ahead of its official debut at the 2012 New York Auto Show on the 4th of April.
After being teased in early March and leaked just a day before writing this article, the all-new Fisker Atlantic is once again highlighted, this time by the guys at Autocar, who have released more official images with the eco-friendly vehicle. But even if the Fisker Atlantic has been teased and even leaked a couple of times, Fisker Automotive didn’t release any details on it, so the 2012 New York Auto Show will be the actual “birthplace” of the vehicle.
The Fisker Atlantic, or Project Nina as it used to be known, is an entry-level sedan which is being powered by an electric powertrain and a BMW “borrowed” four-cylinder turbo engine, which will act as a range extender for the vehicle, following Karma’s example. The Fisker Atlantic will definitely catch the production line and the model will be manufactured at the former General Motors plant in Delaware, but no sooner than 2013. More details on the Fisker Atlantic will be released on the 4th of April at the 2012 New York Auto Show.
