A rare example of the McLaren P1 is currently being offered for sale in Long Island.
Despite being produced in just 375 units, the McLaren P1 is not that hard to add to your garage, considering the fact that a lot of owners are selling them on the second-hand market, for a big profit, so if you have your eyes on one, this is probably when you should try and buy it because it is just a matter of time until they will end up with real collectors who will probably never sell them. This is the case with the Porsche 918 Spyder and the Ferrari LaFerrari too, which have been put together in 918 units and 499 respectively and they have been completely sold out.
This particular ride has the Volcano Orange paint finish over its body and it can be basically considered brand new since it has travelled for just 370 miles, made by its original owner. It is coming with an almost complete McLaren Factory Warranty and its price stands at 2.09 million USD. The hypercar is being offered for sale in Long Island and it is making use, just like every other P1 out there, by a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine and an electric motor, capable of putting down a total of 903 HP and 978 Nm of torque. Power is being sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual clutch transmission which is allowing the model to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
