The North American based automaker Ford has recently announced its plans to introduce the new Ka generation and the Edge on the Old Continent, in a couple of years.
Europeans will be able to buy two new Ford vehicles in a couple of years, a new Ka generation along with an Edge crossover. The announcement has been made by the carmaker but we don’t actually have any clue on how the models will look like, if they will get some design tweaks or what engines they will use. However, Ford has officially pulled the wraps off a Ka Concept recently.
“The five-door concept was revealed in Europe by Stephen Odell, Ford executive vice president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, at a special event in Barcelona attended by about 2,500 Ford dealers, employees and journalists”, says the carmaker in its official press release.
The Ford Ka Concept can seat five people and it has received technologies like the SYNC with Voice Control, the satellite navigation system, MyFord Dock, and much more which are also expected to make their way onto the final production version. Additional details on the Ford Ka or Edge in their production variants are limited for the moment and will probably be announced close to their launch.
