Ford has brought its Evos Concept to the 2012 Australian International Motor Show where the model has spread its wings for the first time in the country.
The Ford Evos Concept is one of the most interesting creations signed by the North American based automaker in the last years and the model is entering our news once again, this time with the company announcing its debut at the 2012 Australian International Motor Show in Sydney. The Evos Concept has been well received by the audience in Sydney, just like it was well received by people visiting the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, where the model was officially unveiled for the first time, but even so, Ford didn’t announce anything on a final production version.
As a quick reminder, the Ford Evos Concept is coming with the automaker’s grille mounted in a high position, a small air intake, slim front headlights with LEDs and the interesting gullwing doors. The Ford Evos Concept is powered by a plug-in hybrid powertrain, which is using a 2.0 liter petrol engine and an electric motor, which is allowing the model to achieve a total range of up to 500 miles. Ford says that the Evos is 4.5 meters long, 1.97 meters wide and 1,36 meters tall.
