A couple of new renderings with the Ford Mondeo ST are giving us a glimpse on what the model may look like if the company will decide to put it into production.
Ford is not interested at this time on putting a Mondeo ST into production as it is already offering such versions for the smaller Focus and Fiesta and the C-segment hatchback will soon receive a new range topping version, the RS. Even so, renderings with this version are a good exercise for when the company will finally give it the green light. The photos posted below have been signed by Theophilus Chin.
The Ford Mondeo ST imaged here has the same front grille as its smaller brothers, along with a modified front bumper with an apron, different side sills, a new rear bumper with an integrated diffuser, a four-tailpipe layout and several other tweaks that scream “look at me, I’m not your regular Mondeo!”. If it will be put into production, than the model will also get a modified suspension system, better brakes, some tweaks made to the cabin and, most importantly, a new engine under its hood, which should provide enough power to give you your daily dose of adrenalin.
