Ford Ranger SUV spied

Our spy photographers have managed to capture the brand new Ford Ranger SUV on camera, for the first time, while the model was being tested in Northern Europe, in a cold weather climate.

The North American based automaker Ford is offering the Ranger Pickup in continents such as Europe, America, Asia or Australia and it seems that the company will soon expand the lineup of the Ranger, with a whole new body style, an SUV. The model in question is said to become a seven-seater and it will be carrying the same looks as the Ranger pickup, along with the same engine lineup. The Ranger SUV is believed to be officially unveiled in the second half of 2014 and it will be offered in the same markets as the pickup.

When it will be eventually hitting the market, the new Ford Ranger SUV will probably get some minor modifications, made to the exterior and interior designs, which will help it stand out from a crowd easily. This will be joined by new wheels and, of course, that new rear end. The engine lineup will be shared with the pickup truck too. More details on the new Ford Ranger SUV are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its launch.
