A very rare example of the Maserati MC12 is currently being offered for sale but its new owner will have to pay a more than 1.5 million USD for it.
If you have an impressive amount in your bank account and you are looking to buy an impressive supercar for seven figures, chances are you have arrived at the right place because this Maserati MC12 is currently looking for a new owner. The supercar in question is offered by Romans International and it has travelled for just 857 km. It has a pearl white and blue exterior design, finished with the silver wheels and it has a roof which can be removed, turning it into a roadster. The vehicle has been based on the Ferrari Enzo and if 400 units have been created of the first one, just 50 examples have been put together of the MC12.
The Maserati MC12 has been created between 2004 and 2005 and it was designed by Frank Stephenson. The model in question is al limited production two-seater model and it came with a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. This stood at 5,143 mm in length, 2,100 mm in width and 1,205 mm in height, with a total weight of 1,335 kg. Power to the Maserati MC12 is being provided by a 6.0 liter V12 engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 620 HP (460 kW) at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 652 Nm (481 lb-ft), available at 5,500 rpm. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration is made in 3.8 seconds and top speed stands at 330 km/h (205 mph).
