Ford Transit Connect Sleigh unveiled

The North American based automaker Ford has recently unveiled the Transit Connect based sleigh.

Ford is planning to help Santa Claus this year and in order to highlight Christmas, the carmaker has unveiled its latest creation, a Transit Connect based sleight, which is based, you guessed, on the Ford Transit Connect.

“Santa Claus joins vehicle buyers who rate fuel economy their No. 1 purchase reason by selecting the all-new 2014 Ford Transit Connect Wagon for his next sleigh. Powered by EcoBoost® with a projected 30 mpg-plus, the Transit Connect Wagon sleigh will offer the industry’s leading presents per gallon (ppg) cargo rating”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.

In case you have forgotten, the real Ford Transit Connect is coming with front, rear and all-wheel drive, depending on the version chosen, along with a variety of engines. North Americans will be able to order a 3.5 liter EcoBoost V6 while Europeans will get the smaller 2.2 liter Duratorq TDCi diesel. The new Ford Transit Connect is coming with a revised styling, borrowing the lines and cues from different models in the company’s lineup. The model will go on sale in the United States and in Europe sometimes in 2013.
