Formula Cross has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the YFC 450, and the model can be ordered for a full price tag of 7,500 USD over-seas.
According to its creators, the Formula Cross YFC 450 has actually been based on the Yamaha YFZ450, which has been turned into a proper Formula Cross Kart, so there you go, if you have a few thousand dollars to spend and you’re looking for a fun-to-drive vehicle, than this model might just do that trick for you. The California based company says that the Formula Cross YFC 450 is already available for preordering and customers have to place a 2,500 USD deposit for the model.
The Formula Cross YFC 450 is 2,972 mm long, 1,067 mm high and it’s riding on a wheelbase of 1,854 mm, with a track width of 1,041 mm. The strange model is getting a tubular chassis, a fiberglass body, a single racing seat made out of carbon fiber with four-point harness, disc brakes with brake bias adjuster, sequential hand shift, a roll cage, an adjustable ride height and a Formula Cross rally wing. The pocket rocket has a final price of $7,500.
