The Romanian based automaker Dacia has recently launched the Lodgy Silver Line on the French auto market, which has received some interesting upgrades.
The Dacia Lodgy is the carmaker’s first ever MPV and the model has been introduced back in 2012, in a world premiere. The model in question has been said to cannibalize the Renault Scenic but a year after it has been presented, both vehicles are doing well on the Old Continent. In order to place the model into the spotlights once again, Dacia has thought of a special edition, named the Lodgy Silver Line, which was recently introduced in France and it’s also expected to debut in India, in right-hand drive.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Dacia Lodgy Silver Line is powered by the new 1.2 liter turbocharged TCe engine, which is producing a total output of 115 HP at 4,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 190 Nm, available at 2,000 rpm. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.5 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 179 km/h. The five-seater has a fuel economy of 16.6 kpl while the seven-seater is registering 16.12 kpl.
The model in question is coming with a glossy gray finish on the center console, two-tone door panels, LCD screen for the audio system, MP3, CD player, USB, Bluetooth, special black fabric upholstery, roof rack, side protection stripes, front and rear bumpers in two-tone and 15-inch wheels. Prices for the model have been set at 13,000 euros for the 5-seater and at 13,950 euros for the 7-seater.
