Peugeot has introduced a new special edition of the 208, called the 208 XY JBL, on its local market.
After Renault has pulled the wraps off the Clio Initiale Paris trim level in France, Peugeot has introduced a new special edition of the 208 in its homeland too. The model in question is named the 208 XY JBL Special Edition and it is equipped with a JBL audio system with 8 speakers, a 240W amplifier and a subwoofer. The company says that the sound wave is controlled by the AuraVox equalization software.
The new Peugeot 208 XY JBL Special Edition has been equipped with the JBL plates on the front fenders, with chromed mirror cases and door handles, with 17-inch Mercure Anthra alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, panoramic roof, new sports seats, park assist system, touch screen navigation system and so on. As far as the engine lineup goes, the vehicle will be offered with a choice of two units, the 155 1.6 THP petrol burner and the 115 1.6 e-HDi diesel burner, with prices starting from 23,350 euros. Only 25 units of the Peugeot 208 XY JBL Special Edition will be produced.
