Renault has officially introduced the new Initiale Paris trim for the Clio on its home market, where this is adding several interesting items to the popular hatchback.
France is the first market to receive the new Initiale Paris trim level for the Clio, where the model in question is kicking off at 21,500 euros. This is adding features such as the sleeker LED daytime running lights which have now been moved into the headlights instead of being found in the center grille, the different look for the exhaust tip and fog lights, the redesigned 17-inch alloy wheels available in gray or ivory of black frost finish and so on.
The interior design of the Renault Clio Initiale Paris has been also updated and we can now see the two-tone upholstery with the “Initiale Paris” lettering found on the steering wheel and on the seats. Renault is also offering a panoramic roof, for an extra 400 euros, and the spare wheel, for an extra 120 euros. As far as the engine lineup goes, this will include the 0.9L TCe turbocharged 90 HP (66 kW), the 120 HP (88 kW) 1.2 liter TCe with 6-speed EDC from 23,600 euros, the 90 HP 1.5L dCI with 5-speed manual from 23,800 EUR or with an EDC from 25,200 EUR. The Clio Initiale Paris will be presented during the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
