Frankfurt: Audi presented A8 L W12 Exclusive Concept

Under a “classy” name which probably made you open this article in no time, Audi presented to the public a version of the A8 L W12 under the Exclusive Concept name at the Frankfurt Motor Show, even if the German automaker says the luxurious car will be produced as a limited-series edition in 50 units.

Being already available both in Europe and in the United States with a six-figure price, the new A8 L W12 Exclusive Concept will be produced, as we said before, in a limited-series edition, with highly-refined interior finish painted in Monsoon Gray.

Audi says that its A8 L Exclusive Concept is taking its power from the 6.3 liter W12 petrol engine, delivering 493 horsepower and 625 Nm of torque, which is actually the same as the standard version, so the German car manufacturer chose not to “play” with its performance.

While the Russians transformed it into an armored vehicle, Audi chose to tweak its interior, fitting it with new Cognac-colored leather upholstery for the seats with highlights of granite gray piping. Being an executive saloon, wood trims couldn’t miss from the design exactly like carbon fiber is a must on every sports car wannabe.

Even if the German automaker didn’t provide a price for its A8 L W12 Exclusive Concept, the model will definitely have a waiting list of more than 50 people. Too bad we don’t have more photos of it.
