Mazda has brought the new generations of the Mazda3 Sedan and Mazda3 hatchback to the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Despite being unveiled this summer, the new generation of the Mazda3, in its two body styles, sedan and hatchback, has been recently introduced to the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, where the model has made its public debut. The 2014 Mazda three is coming with the Kodo design language, also used on the CX-5 and Mazda6, and its overall looks are extremely similar to those of the larger Mazda6. For the United States auto market, the new Mazda3 will be priced from 16,945 USD, while in the UK, the model will cost 16,695 GBP, for the entry-level version. Mazda didn’t release any pricing details for the Old Continent.
The 2014 Mazda3 is coming with the 1.5 liter petrol engine, in Europe, which is producing a total output of 98 HP, along with a 2.0 liter petrol unit, available with two outputs, 118 and 162 HP. The diesel is the same one offered on the CX-5 and Mazda6 too, coming with 148 HP. The goodies list can bring your price way beyond the 20,000 GBP mark, or the 20,000 USD, depending on where the model is being bought, and it can add features like the heated seats, automatic headlights and rain sending wipers, AFS (adaptive lighting system), bi-xenon headlights, head-up display, 18-inch alloy wheels and much more.
