The facelifted version of the Dacia Duster was the Romanian based automaker’s star during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
One of the most awaited models of the year, produced by Dacia, the facelifted Duster, has finally made its public debut during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The model in question has received a completely new front fascia, which will make it look more like the new Logan and Sandero generation. This isn’t everything because the interior design of the model has been also changed and the upgraded Duster has received the MediaNav system, a new look for the dashboard, new trim materials and the window buttons fitted on the driver’s door, instead of the dashboard.
And when you will think that changes can’t go beyond, you will be surprised to find out that the updated Dacia Duster has also received a new engine. We’re talking about a 1.2 TCe petrol four-cylinder unit, which is producing a total output of 125 HP. The 1.6 liter 16-valve engine is also available, with its 105 HP in 2WD and 4WD and, in certain countries, it will also receive an LPG version. Those of you preferring the diesel will be glad to know that the 90 HP and 110 HP 1.5 dCi engine is still available. On top of that, the facelifted Duster has also received the Eco Mode function, which has been borrowed from the new generations of the Sandero and Logan. No pricing details have been announced yet but the cost isn’t expected to go up too much.
