The German aftermarket specialists at GAD have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, a upgrade program for the Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG.
According to the tuning company, the most powerful version of the German four-door coupe, the CLS 63 AMG, is now becoming even more power, thanks to the guys at GAD, who have decided to play with the model recently. GAD says that the CLS 63 AMG has been fitted with the AMG Performance Package, which is lifting the power to 558 HP (410 kW) and 799 Nm of torque (590 lb-ft).
If this won’t be enough for a future customer, the tuning company can also increase the engine output to an impressive 803 horsepower (590 kW) and 1,149 Nm of torque (847 lb-ft). In order to provide the extra output, the aftermarket specialists at GAD have fitted the model with enlarged turbochargers, with a sport catalyst and with a new custom manifold. An optimized intercooler has also been added, along with updated ignition and fuel systems. The standard CLS 63 AMG With the AMG Performance Package can reach a top speed of 299 km/h (186 mph), but GAD says that their version of the four-door coupe can reach an even higher top speed, without mentioning a figure.
