Game mania: Mad Max trailer released, NFS initial car roaster unveiled image

There’s no point being a car aficionado if you’re not a game fan as well, at least in the very smallest degree – meaning you’re only touched by those games that have to do with your car affliction.

First off, we have the game trailer for one move blockbuster that could easily pass as the best car flick this year. Yes, we’re talking about mastermind George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road, the post apocalyptic action film that should be on anyone’s agenda if he or she loves cars/and or loud explosions. While Tom Hardy’s Max Rockatansky growls and grunts among visions of his deceased family and visions of Charlize Theron shaved and without a hand (and still gorgeous), the producers decided that turning it into a new franchise is not enough – so a game tie-in is in order. Nothing wrong with that if the game will have at least 10 percent of the flair, style and action of what has been already called as one of the greatest action films of all time. To get you hyped on the action in the game, we have the trailer on offer. Rock(atansky) away…

And because one game is never enough, we also have the initial roster of cars set to be featured in this year’s installment of the Need For Speed franchise, with the game set for release early in November. The first batch of cars has 17 names on it: BMW M3 E30; BMW M3 E46; BMW M4; Ford Mustang GT; Ford Mustang 1965; Honda S2000; Lamborghini Huracan; Lamborghini Diablo SV; Mazda RX7 Spirit R; Mitsubishi Evo MR; Nissan 180SX Type-X; Nissan Silvia Spec-R; Nissan Skyline GT-R 1971; Porsche 911 GT3 RS; Porsche 911 Carrera RSR; Subaru BRZ Premium and Toyota Supra SZ-R.
