The French based automaker Citroen has presented the DS5 and the DS4 Racing Concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
After the new Citroen DS5 has been recently launched on several markets, including the United Kingdom, in the past days, the car manufacturer has decided that the 2012 Geneva Motor Show would be a good place for attracting new customers to the model. Even if the DS5 has been brought to Geneva, the model isn’t packing anything new and we will remind you that it’s available at your local dealer in three trim levels, Dsign, Dstyle and Dsport, with a list of standard features like the keyless access and start, Bluetooth, USB, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, rain and light sensors and many more things. The starting price of the Citroen DS5 in the UK is 22,400 GBP for the e-HDI version, which is developing 110 HP.
Besides the DS5, Citroen has also brought the new DS4 Racing Concept to the Geneva Motor Show, which has been developed by the engineers at Citroen Racing. The DS4 Racing Concept is coming with some racing features like the 35 mm lowered chassis, enhanced aerodynamics with a front bumper panel, air diffuser, lower-body belt line and wing extension, all of them finished in a matte grey. Under the hood, the DS4 Racing concept is powered by a 1.6 liter turbo engine, generating 256 HP and emitting 155 g/km of CO2. There is no official word yet on whether the Citroen DS4 Racing will catch the production line.
