The Japanese based automaker Honda has recently pulled the wraps off the Jazz Si, during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
After showing us models like the NSX Concept car, which has a good chance of hitting the production line, the car manufacturer went to smaller models, like the Jazz Si, which was officially presented to the public during the same Swiss Automotive event. We must admit that the images posted below this article are revealing a quite interesting model which we might see, in the nearby future, in our local dealerships or in a driveway near our homes.
According to the Japanese car manufacturer, the Honda Jazz’s mechanicals have been revised in order to create the Si, and, besides this, the model is also coming with a new body kit, which gives it a sporty look, along with new 16-inch alloy wheels. Under the hood, the new Honda Jazz Si is powered by the company’s 1.4 liter i-VTEC engine, which is still coming with a total output of 94 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 127 Nm of torque (94 lb-ft) at 4,800 rpm, while being mated to a manual transmission. The Honda Jazz Si can achieve a top speed of 113 mph but more details on it will be announced close to its launch.
