Geneva Motor Show LIVE: 2014 SsangYong Rodius

SsangYong has recently pulled the wraps off the 2014 Rodius, also known as Korando Turismo in some markets, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere.

After it has leaked a few times and then with the first images released by the South Korean based automaker just a few weeks ago, the brand new 2014 SsangYong Rordius, which will also be named the Korando Turismo in some markets, or the Stavic in others, is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker officially pulling the wraps off its body, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere.

The second generation of the SsangYong Rodius is coming in several configurations, with nine, ten or eleven seats, offering up to 3,240 liters of cargo volume. According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 SsangYong Rodius will go on sale in three trim levels, the Luxury Touring (LT), the Grand Touring (GT) and the Royal Touring (RT), and the model can come with goodies such as the navigation system, the multimedia system, the touch screen display and more.

Power to the 2014 SsangYong Rodius is being provided by a 2.0 liter turbo diesel engine, which is mated to a six-speed manual or to a 5-speed automatic transmission made by Mercedes-Benz. In Russia and in South Korea, the second generation of the MPV will get a larger 3.2 liter six-cylinder petrol unit too. Additional details on the brand new 2014 SsangYong Rodius are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its launch. Meanwhile, you can check it out in the photo gallery posted below, live from Geneva. Enjoy!
