AC Schnitzer also displayed its styling and performance upgrade package for the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe in Geneva.
BMW’s four-door coupe gets a performance upgrade from 313 to 360 HP in the BMW 640d and from 320 to 360 HP in the 640i. The power increase is reflected in the engine bay styling for the 6-Series Gran Coupe. And for the sound to be in tune with the power gain, AC Schnitzer offers twin sports rear silencer with chromed “Sports Trim“ tailpipes .
To improve braking, the aftermarket specialist fitted a high performance brake system for the front, consisting of an 8-piston fixed caliper (left/right) and an 8-piece set of brake pads and brake caliper holders. The same applies to the road-holding: the AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit gives driving dynamics a further boost.
The bodywork components include a carbon front spoiler and a carbon rear diffuser for cars with M-Technik, while the versions without M-Technik can be equipped with a front spoiler with optional chrome line set and a rear skirt extension.
In addition, AC Schnitzer offers chromed front grilles and bonnet vents with optional design elements. The range of supply is completed by the rear skirt protective film.
The interior also gets the AC Schnitzer treatment with a “Black Line“ aluminium cover for the i-Drive system controller, aluminium footrests and pedals, and velours floor mats.
