The brand new Alpina B7 Bi-Turbo has been officially presented to the public in a premiere, hospital during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

The unit is mated to an eight-speed Sport Automatic ZF Switch-Tronic transmission, which is allowing the model accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.6 seconds (4.5 in the LWB), before reaching a top speed of 312 km/h.
