Mercedes-Benz has brought the brand new CLA to the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, where the model has made its public debut.
After showing us the A45 AMG, the German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has recently pulled the wraps off the brand new CLA, during the same Swiss automotive event. According to the car manufacturer, the model is coming with goodies such as the Collision Prevention Assist, radar guided braking system, which automatically can stop the car at speeds over 7 km/h if an obstacle is spotted by pressing the braking pedal gently and some other tweaks.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA is coming with the Multimedia package with the COMMAND infotainment system and GPS navigation or the Premium package which is adding a Harman / Kardon audio system, black trim, silver accents, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats and much more
The small elegant four-door coupe is 182 inches long, 56.6 inches tall and 80.0 inches wide and the model is riding on the brand new MFA platform, shared with the new generations of the A-Class and the B-Class. The Mercedes-Benz CLA is based on the new A-Class generation and it was influenced by the CLS too. The model is coming with turbocharged engines, with outputs up to 211 HP (155 kW), with a sports suspension system and with the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system.
