The German aftermarket specialists at Hamann have recently presented an upgrade kit for the Range Rover Evoque during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
According to the tuner, the Range Rover Evoque is now available with a new aerodynamic package, made out of a two-piece front lower spoiler, side sills, fender extensions, a rear bumper panel and a double-pipe stainless-steel muffler.
The most significant change for a petrol head is under the hood, where even if the tuner could leave everything unchanged, it didn’t, and a power boost, no matter how tiny it is, it will always help the company into attracting more customers. Hamann says that the Range Rover Evoque has been fitted with a sports air filter, a high-performance exhaust system and the engine’s software has been optimized, all of these leading to a power increase of 31 HP and 65 Nm (48 lb-ft) more than the standard version, on the 2.2 TD4 and the 2.2 ED4, while in the 2.2 Si4 the power increased by 38 HP and 55 Nm of torque (41 lb-ft).
The interior of the Range Rover Evoque has no limits as Hamann can recut the upholstery in any fashion desired and last but not least, the crossover can be ordered with the 22-inch rims, wrapped in 295/30 tires.
