Germany: Volkswagen Golf 7 Variant costs EUR18,950 image

The German based automaker Volkswagen has recently announced the official starting price for the new Golf 7 Variant on its local auto market.

According to the car manufacturer, the VW Golf 7 Variant can now be ordered by its future customers in Germany from 18, 950 euros. The model’s luggage compartment has grown from 505 liters to 605 liters with the seats up, but with the seats folded, this can be increased up to 1,620 liters, compared to the previous 1,495 liters. The model has a 1,054 mm long cargo area, which can be expanded to 1,831 mm with the rear seats folded, and the load sill stands at 630 mm.

The new VW Golf 7 Variant is getting standard features such as the stop/start system, the electronic stability control, seven airbags, air conditioning, TFT touch-screen five-inch display and more. Optionally, you can get the Automatic Distance Control, the Front Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition or Park assist. Power to the model is being provided by a 1.2 liter TSI model, which is good for 85 HP (63 kW). The EA211 is also offered with 90 HP, 105 HP, 122 HP or 140 HP. Diesel lovers can get the EA288 with 105 HP, 110 HP or 150 HP.
