GM offers the Chevy Confidence Program , allowing its consumers to return the purchased Chevy if they are not satisfied with it.
From July 10th until September 4th all the US dealers will offer the Chevy Confidence program, which has special prices for the 2012 Chevrolet models and gives consumers the possibility to return their 2012 and 2013 models after trying them out for a month or two and are not satisfied with the vehicles.
“We have transformed the Chevrolet lineup, so there is no better time than now to reach out to new customers with the love it or return it guarantee and very attractive, bottom-line pricing,” Chris Perry, Chevrolet vice president of marketing, said in a statement.
The promotion is called “Love it or Return it” and comes together with the company’s plan to release the all-new 2013 Malibu sedan and Spark minicar and get rid of the 2012 models from the dealers’ lots. Customers may return their cars if they have driven less than 4,000 miles, the car has no damage and the period of maximum 60 days did not expire. Analysts believe that this program is a smart and cost effective program which will boost the company’s sales.
