The new GMC Sierra Elevation Edition has been officially unveiled by the North American based automaker.
According to the car company, the model in question has been based on the 1500 double-cab pickup version of the regular model and it is coming with a series of cosmetic tweaks, including the front grille surround, which is now finished in the same shade as the rest of the body, along with the mirror caps, the side moldings, the front and rear bumpers or the door handles. The vehicle is now riding on 20-inch alloy wheels.
The interior design has received standard remote keyless entry, power mirrors, 110-volt power outlet, LED cargo box lighting, IntelliLink infotainment system with a 4.2-inch touch screen display, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspot, 4G LTE connectivity and several other tweaks. Power to the GMC Sierra Elevation Edition is being provided by a standard 4.3L V6 EcoTec3 unit, rated at 285 HP (213 kW) or by an optional 5.3L V8 EcoTec3, producing 355 HP (265 kW). GMC hasn’t announced yet more details on the model in question and we don’t know in how many units this will become available or what its pricing list will be, so chances are we will hear about it in the nearby future once more.
