The second generation of the Dacia Sandero will be launched in the United Kingdom in early 2013 in right-hand drive, as the carmaker has recently announced.
After leaking ahead of its official debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show on the 27th of September and then being revealed by the Romanian based automaker, the second generation of the Dacia Sandero is entering our news once again, this time with the car manufacturer announcing its launch in the United Kingdom. According to the carmaker, the Dacia Sandero 2 will arrive in the isles in January, 2013, and it will be assembled in Mioveni, Romania, in right-hand drive.
Rumors are saying that the base entry-level version of the Dacia Sandero 2 will be priced from 7,900 pounds for the 1.2 liter 75 HP engine. Other engine options will include the TCe with 90 HP, the 1.6 liter petrol and the 1.5 liter dCi diesel. The new generation of the Dacia Sandero is slightly shorter than the outgoing version and it’s getting the same multimedia system as the Lodgy.
