German tuner Hartge has announced a series of upgrades for the BMW 2-Series lineup, which includes both visual and performance modifications.
Owners of the BMW 2-Series who would like to upgrade their rides will be glad to find out that Hartge is offering a series of modifications for the two-door coupe. They start with the sports spring sets, which can lower the ride height by 30 mm at the front and 10 mm at the rear, the logos added to the car, the black wheel caps, the floor mats and the tire repair kit.
Changes won’t stop here because the tuner is increasing the output of both gasoline and diesel engines and in the 218d, power now stands at 174 HP (128 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque, compared to the standard 143 HP (105 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. Power has been raised in the 220d too, from 184 HP (135 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque to 218 HP (160 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft). The 225d now has 258 HP (190 kW) and 530 Nm (391 lb-ft) of torque and the 220i gets 184 HP (135 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. Sadly Hartge didn’t announce a price list for these goodies just yet.
