Heico Sportiv tunes the Volvo V40 image

The aftermarket specialists at Heico Sportiv have unveiled an updated Volvo V40, following a teaser released just a few weeks ago.

According to the tuning company, the Volvo V40 signed by Heico Sportiv is based on the Cross Country all-wheel drive version of the model and it’s coming with the company’s sports suspension, which has lowered the ride by 30 mm. The model also has large 19-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in 235/35 tires, covering the six-piston sport brake system with 370mm perforated braking discs. The Volvo V40 in question also has a body kit, made from lightweight plastic and covered in matte toxic green.

The cabin hasn’t been left aside by Heico Sportiv either and this has been fitted with Recaro sport seats, Alcantara wrapped handbrake and gearshift levers, aluminum pedals and a sport steering wheel with fixed paddle shifters. The model is powered by the same 2.5 liter five-cylinder turbocharged engine, which has been modified and it’s now producing a total output of 320 HP (235 kW) and 510 Nm of torque (376 lb-ft). This is a significant change compared to the 254 HP (187 kW) and 360 Nm (265 lb-ft) found on the standard car. The engine can be tweaked to develop 350 HP (257 kW). No pricing details have been released yet.
