Holden has recently announced its plans to offer a special edition of the Colorado, named the Thunder Edition, on its local auto market.
According to the Australian based automaker Holden, the new Colorado Thunder Special Edition is basically an options package for the popular vehicle, which is adding some interesting items, making the model even more attractive to its future customers. Some of these options found on the Holden Colorado Thunder include the carpeted floor mats, side window deflectors, soft tonneau cover, nudge bar in the front, Thunder badging, towing package and some other tweaks.
“Holden has a solid reputation for offering feature packed special edition models that traditionally command strong resale value when it comes time to upgrade, and the Thunder pack is no different. It bundles together all of our most popular Colorado accessories in one pack, which not only makes Colorado Thunder a compelling offer, but looks fantastic too”, said Kristian Aguilina, the Holden Marketing Manager.
The Holden Colorado Thunder Edition is powered by a 2.8 liter four-cylinder diesel engine, which is producing a total output of 179 HP (132 kW) and it has a peak torque of 470 Nm (347 lb-ft). The model can tow up to 3,500 kg (7,716 lbs). No pricing details have been released yet.
