General Motors has recently announced that the Holden Colorado has been launched in Australia, where the model has a starting price of AUD26,990.
After being launched in Malaysia not too long ago with the Chevrolet badge on it, the Colorado is once again placed into the spotlights, this time with the company introducing it in Australia with Holden logos all over it. According to the car manufacturer, the Holden Colorado is coming in three body styles, the Single Cab, the Space Cab and the Crew Cab, and the model is available in four equipment levels, the DX, the LX, the LT and the LTZ.
The new Holden Colorado has a choice of two engines, both of them turbo diesel, the 2.5 liter and the 2.8 liter, offering both two and four-wheel drive. The standard version of the Holden Colorado, the DX, will be offered with two-wheel drive as the Single Cab, powered by the 2.5 liter turbo diesel engine which is mated to a manual transmission. The top of the line Holden Colorado LTZ will be available to its future Aussie customers in the Crew Cab body style, with four-wheel drive and the 2.8 liter diesel unit, along with an automatic transmission, for AUD51,990.
