A few images with the Honda Crider have recently leaked all over the web, ahead of the model’s public debut scheduled for the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, on the 20th of April.

The Honda Crider is actually the final production version of the Honda Concept C, which was officially unveiled, for the first time, almost a year ago, during the 2012 Beijing Auto Show. The model will soon hit the market and it will slot between the Civic and the Accord, and it’s already showing similarities to with the two models, especially in its front fascia and in its rear end.

The newest creation signed by Honda will hit the Asian automotive market in a few months and it will be produced by Guangzhou-Honda joint venture, just like its bigger brother, the Accord. The Honda Crider will be powered by a 1.8 liter petrol engine, mated to a five-speed manual transmission or to an automatic, but a larger 2.0 liter unit is also expected to make its way under its hood. On the Chinese automotive market, the Honda Crider is rumored to go on sale in May or June. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment and will be announced in Shanghai.
