New details and images with the Euro-spec Honda CR-V have been recently released by the carmaker.
The facelifted version of the Honda CR-V, aimed towards the Old Continent, is being placed into the spotlights once more, after being officially presented to the public back in 2014, during the Paris Motor Show, with the help of the company, which has released some new details on it, along with a new photo gallery. According to the car manufacturer, the model in question is getting the i-ACC (Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control), the brand new Honda Connect in-car audio information system, Bluetooth connectivity, DAB / FM / AM and internet radio, internet browsing, rearview parking camera, satellite navigation system and several other tweaks which should be making the model more appealing to its future customers.
The 2015 Honda CR-V has received a 1.6 liter four-cylinder diesel engine under its hood, which is capable of producing a total output of 160 HP (118 kW) and it has a peak torque of 350 Nm (258 lb-ft). The unit has replaced the old 2.2 liter i-DTEC diesel engine and it is connected to a 9-speed automatic transmission, sending power to the four-wheel drive. In the front-wheel drive versions, you will be getting the 120 HP (88 kW) version of the same unit, which is connected to the six-speed manual transmission, as Honda is stating. The design of the vehicle has received a new front bumper, new headlights, LED daytime running lights, HID projector headlights, LED combination lamps at the rear and it is finished by the 17- and 18-inch alloy wheels.
