The Pagani founder, Horacio Pagani, has admitted that he isn’t impressed with the brand new McLaren P1, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
Horacio Pagani has been present at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show last week, when a Jalopnik contributor has ran into him, bombarding him with question on future versions of the Pagani Huayria and what it his opinion on the McLaren P1. Horacio said that because the supercar has the same engine from the MP4-12C and the same carbon fiber monocoque, this is just a modified version of the McLaren MP4-12C. In Horacio Pagani’s opinion, the McLaren P1 lacks emotion.
The Pagani founder was much more fond of the new supercars delivered to Geneva Motor Show by the two main companies, Ferrari and Lamborghini. Horacio Pagani liked the LaFerrari and the Veneno and said that the Italian vehicle was more of a design exercise due to the limited production. Horacio Pagani admitted that he is a big Ferrari fan and that he likes the LaFerrari, even if he didn’t see the supercar just yet. We have to admit that Horacio Pagani is right about the McLaren P1, as well as on the Ferrari LaFerrari and Lamborghini Veneno.
