New renderings with the BMW i8, with some tuning parts on it, have recently hit the web and they will definitely be appreciated by our younger audience.
The BMW i8 may have been officially unveiled, in its final production form, back in 2013, but even so, its appearance is still keeping our headlines. The newest images with the “green” sports car are actually renderings, made by / for tuners ISS Forged, ML24 and PS-Garage and this has been virtually fitted with an aftermarket ground effects kit, made from carbon fiber, and a selection of different rims, which will definitely help it stand out from a crowd.
BMW is currently producing the i8 in Leipzig, Germany, and this is a sports car with a two-door coupe body style, standing in at 4,700 mm in length, 1,940 mm in width and 1,300 mm in height, with a curb weight of 1,485 kg. Power is provided by a 1.5 liter I3 turbo engine, rated at 228 HP (170 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. This is backed up by a hybrid synchronous motor, with 129 HP (96 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque. The total output produced is 357 HP (266 kW) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque.
