Well, why not, since MSO is responsible for the most interesting examples of the rare hypercar.
The McLaren P1 may have been unveiled more than two years ago, at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in March, but its every appearance continues to fascinate us. This particular example has been signed by MSO and it has been spotted recently in Beverly Hills, California, an area known for exotic vehicles. The hypercar has been spotted parked outside the Beverly Wilshire hotel and it has been signed by MSO (McLaren Special Operations), which has been added a number of aftermarket components, distinguishing it from other units of the P1.
These include the customized blue front lip, the rear diffuser, the side skirts, the blue brake calipers and an interior design which is suiting it extremely well. Last but not least, we also have to mention the PUR wheels, which have been finished in a glossy black shade, contributing to the amazing looks of this exotic vehicle. Don’t expect any performance modifications because it is not the case as this P1 is still taking power from the 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, rated at 727 HP and 719 Nm of torque, along with the 176 HP and 260 Nm of torque electric motor. The total output sent to the RWD stands at 903 HP and 978 Nm of torque, allowing the exotic model to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
