Nissan is showing a Patrol Nismo during a special event organized in Dubai.
The NISMO upgrades have went a step further as Nissan has introduced a modified Patrol. The model in question has been officially unveiled during a special event organized in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and it is bringing a lot of modifications compared to the standard version of the SUV. According to the car manufacturer, the vehicle is adding the NISMO tuned suspension system, with Bilstein shock absorbers, the NISMO updated steering, a sporty body kit with a white finish and some red accents along with the bespoke cabin, amongst others.
The in-house performance division owned by NISSAN has managed to transform the Patrol into a more appealing ride and if you though that upgrades have stopped here, you are in for a big surprise. Under its hood, the updated Nissan Patrol NISMO is making use of a 5.6 liter V8 engine, which has been upgrade as well, with 28 HP (21 kW) more. The total output stands at 428 HP (319 kW) and even if we don’t have a clue on what the torque figure is, we can tell you that the standard SUV has 560 Nm (412 lb-ft). Unfortunately this is all we’ve got on this vehicle at the moment and we don’t even know if Nissan wants to launch it in various markets in this configuration, but you can take a look at it in the photo gallery posted below.
