Well, why not, since BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi have both of them already?
After being officially unveiled just last week, the newest Alfa Romeo model, the Giulia, in its range-topping Quadrifoglio Verde, is being placed in the spotlights once again, this time with the help of two new images, which are showing us how it may look like in yet two more body styles. The photos posted below are nothing more than simple renderings at the moment but don’t act too surprised if you will eventually see it in a similar design.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia QV Coupe will be a rival for the BMW M4 Coupe and in its estate version it will go up against the Mercedes-AMG C63 S Estate and the Audi RS4 Avant, which hasn’t been unveiled in its new generation just yet. Considering the fact that we are talking about a rear-wheel drive (AWD optional) vehicle with a Ferrari-signed engine under its hood which is more powerful than the M3, chances of new body styles becoming very popular very fast are quite high. Under its hood we can find a six-cylinder turbocharged aluminum-made engine, which is capable of putting down no less than 503 HP (375 kW). This is allowing the Giulia QV to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in just 3.9 seconds. No more details on the car are known at this time and chances are they will be announced in September, during the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, when it is expected to make its public debut.
