Hyundai has introduced the new Accent SR hatchback in Australia, where the model will set you back for at least 18, 990 AUD, for the base entry-level version.
The Hyundai Accent SR has been previewed by a concept car at the 2012 Sydney Motor Show and the model is actually unique in the Australian market, being the third SR after the Volster SR Turbo and the new i30 SR. The cheapest Hyundai Accent SR can be yours from 18,990 AUD and the model has standard features such as the projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, SR badges, cruise control, rear spoiler, 16-inch machined face alloy wheels and much more.
The new Hyundai Accent SR has been also fitted, just like the other SR vehicles, with a sports-tuned suspension system and it’s available in five exterior colors, including the Sonic Silver metallic finish. The Hyundai Accent SR is powered by a 1.6 liter four-cylinder direct injected petrol engine, which is producing a total output of 103 kW at 6,300 rpm and it has a peak torque of 167 Nm. The unit is mated to a six-speed manual transmission but a six-speed automatic can also be ordered, from 20,990 AUD.
