The new sub-compact crossover made by Hyundai, the Creta, is being placed into the spotlights once again, with the help of some new images this time.
It may be just inches away from being officially unveiled but it seems that Hyundai is no fan of camouflage when talking about new models. The vehicle in question has been called the Creta and it has been already confirmed for production, a week ago. This is now returning in some fresh images, coming all the way from India, which are revealing its appealing body, similar to its larger brothers, and an elegant interior design, with a manual transmission, a multi-function steering wheel, a small infotainment system and several other tweaks which will be making life easier for its future owners.
The Hyundai Creta is made using the i20 and it has a lot in common with the ix25 Concept shown last year in Beijing too. The model will be aimed, at first, at the Indian market and other countries in Asia but it will be eventually launched on the Old Continent too, where it will be taking aim at vehicles such as the Nissan Juke, the Mazda CX-3, the Renault Captur, the Peugeot 3008, the Opel Mokka, the Ford EcoSport or the Chevrolet Trax, amongst others. Chances are we will see the new Hyundai Creta live at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September, but this hasn’t been confirmed at this time. Additional details on the vehicle remain unknown for the moment.
