Hyundai HCD-14 Concept teased for Detroit

The South Korean based automaker Hyundai has recently released the very first teaser image with its latest creation, the so-called HCD-14 Concept, ahead of its Detroit Motor Show debut.

According to the car manufacturer, the newest creation in the South Korean based automaker’s future lineup, the HCD-14 Concept, which will eventually be transformed into a production model, will be officially presented to the public next week, on the 14th of January, during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The model in question should give us a glimpse on the “Hyundai premium vehicle design advanced 3-D gesture-based technology controls and spirited driving dynamics”.

The Hyundai HCD-14 Concept seems to be an elegant four-door coupe which might be the company’s attempt to rival vehicles like the Mercedes-Benz CLS or the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe. The Hyundai HCD-14 is getting a sloping roofline and prominent character lines. Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the Hyundai HCD-14 Concept and we should wait for the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, where the model will be officially presented to the public on the 14th of January, in order to find out more about it.
